After graduation, Mr. Grelland joined BJ Services as District Engineer in 1993. In 1995, Mr. Grelland started in Tetra Technologies where he was employed as Country Manager Norway and Vice President Business Development Eastern Hemisphere until 2005. Following this, Mr. Grelland held leading positions and board positions in companies such as HSE Global, Offshoreutdanning.no, Essenticon, JWS, CutCube and Exsto. For the past 6 years, before establishing RenOcean AS, Mr. Grelland has held the position of Vice President of Operations and Business Development in Cubility. Mr. Grelland has extensive experience from the oil and gas industry both nationally and internationally. Mr. Grelland has studied at BI Norwegian Business School and holds a MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger.
Jan Erik Larsen
Mr. Larsen started his professional career in the mid-1990s with ROV-based solutions offshore. Mr. Larsen has extensive and long experience from projects around the world, both within oil & gas, renewable energy and the aquaculture industry. Mr. Larsen has worked with larger development-projects like Snøhvit, Ormen Lange, Edradour/Glennlivet, South Stream/ Turkstream and Beatrice. Mr. Larsen has long experience with developing technology, and he is a «problem-solver». Mr. Larsen is an expert related to subsea-pumps, subsea-trenching/dredging and subsea cutting. Before establishing RenOcean, Mr. Larsen was the Technical Manager of Deep C Solutions AS.
Mr. Fagervold began working as a subsea-engineer in the early 80-ties in Stolt Offshore. Through his career, Mr. Fagervold has been involved in many major developments both in the North Sea and International. Mr. Fagervold was one of the founders of GTO subsea and many of the solutions Mr. Fagervold has developed are still used today. Mr. Fagervold works daily with challenges and developments of new subsea-solutions and subsea-tools. His special area is mass transfer and dredging of all types of sediments such as sand, clay and rocks. Before establishing RenOcean, Mr. Fagervold was the Business Development Manager of Deep C Solutions AS.
Lars Kåre Solskjær Tømmervåg
Mr. Tømmervåg studied at the University College in Ålesund, Norway, as mechanical engineer from 1997-2001 and at the University College in Østfold, Norway, in product development from 2001-2002 and has been working as a mechanical design engineer since 2005.
He worked for 10 Years at Heinsa Mekaniske from 2005 to 2015, as responsible for production drawings, CNC-programming and production planning. He worked as a design engineer at Holmek Palletering from 2016-2020 and started in RenOcean in January 2020.
Nils Arne Øksenvåg
Mr. Øksenvåg graduated from NTNU, Norway, with a MSc in Geophysics in 2002. He started his career in Electromagnetic GeoServices AS (EMGS). He started offshore, as a field geophysicist, followed by onshore responsibilities at the HQ in Trondheim, Norway. He started to work in the integrity & engineering company, AXESS in 2012, and served as a Sales Manager Integrity Management and VP Business Development – Drilling. He took the role as Managing Director in Abyss Subsea in 2014 and joined Deep C Solutions in 2016 to fill the role as COO. Mr. Øksenvåg has extensive experience with start-up companies in the oil & gas industry, both nationally and internationally. Before he joined RenOcean, Mr. Øksenvåg was working as a sales manager in the Brunvoll Group.
Mr. Ingram started employment at Circle Technical Services as an offshore technician and then onto offshore supervisor carrying out subsea intervention projects in various locations on vessels worldwide. He then went on to work for Proserv UK, holding various senior positions involved in the development of the decommissioning side of the business before progressing to RenOcean Intervention UK where he was tasked with setting up the UK business and developing accounts with clients involved in the renewable sector and subsea diving and ROV intervention work-scopes.
Ola Augustin Todal
Mr. Todal has a long experience in operating subsea-related tools. Mr. Todal has worked with complex subsea operations related to IMR, installation and decommission. Mr. Todal was responsible for carrying out offshore decommission operations on H7 and B11. Mr. Todal has participated worldwide in subsea operations and with his expertise and background he has been central in construction of special solutions and tools for subsea operations. Mr. Todal is a specialist in remote controlled solutions. Before establishing RenOcean, Mr. Todal was the Project Manager of Deep C Solutions AS.
